Can I still order your products if I am an international customer?
Tomlyn ships orders across the United States and U.S. territories, including: American Samoa, the Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. At this time, Tomlyn products are not internationally available.
My dog or cat didn’t like your products, what should I do?

Where is the expiration date on the product?
The expiration date for each Tomlyn product is printed on the crimp of the tube or back of the bag. The expiration date for individually wrapped packages is on the bottom of the outer packaging. For jarred products, the expiration date is printed under the ingredients listing or on the bottom of the jar. After opening, follow package instructions for use-by dates to ensure your pet receives the highest quality and best results. Don’t forget to properly seal each bag, jar, or tube between uses!

About Tomlyn Products
Pill-Masker Peanut Butter seems greasy. Why?
The peanut butter flavor contains real peanuts, which have natural oils that may separate in heat. This is normal. If you prefer, simply clean away excess oil before using. There’s no need to refrigerate Pill-Masker Peanut Butter. Just allow the product to sit at room temperature.
The cap on Tomlyn Veterinarian-Formulated Ear Cleaner Solution for Dogs and Cats is different than what’s pictured. Why?
We regularly update our packaging. In this case, the cap was a temporary solution to prevent backorders that did not interfere with the quality or performance of the product. Rest assured that you have genuine Tomlyn product if you purchased through authorized retailers.
What is the status of Tomlyn Natural Laxatone® Hairball Remedy?

Yes! Our Relax & Calm formula is safe for cats. Try the small dog and cat version that’s formulated for smaller pets.
What do prebiotics do?
Prebiotics — like fructooligosaccharides — support the growth of “good” bacteria in the digestive tract. Prebiotics can help support gut health, especially when combined with probiotics in products like Tomlyn’s Pre & Probiotic Nutritional Supplement.
What are probiotics?
Probiotics are live microorganisms intended to have health benefits when consumed. Although people often think of bacteria and other microorganisms as “bad,” many are actually helpful. Some bacteria help digest food, crowd out undesirable bacteria, or produce vitamins. Many of the microorganisms in probiotic products are the same as or similar to microorganisms that naturally live in our bodies.
Can Tomlyn Veterinarian-Formulated Ear Cleaner Solution be used every day?
For very dirty ears, apply 2-3 times daily for several days. Do not use longer than 7 consecutive days without consulting a veterinarian. For routine cleaning and maintenance of healthy ears, use 1-2 times weekly, or as often as recommended by your veterinarian. Always apply after swimming.

Is Tomlyn Pill-Masker safe to use with your pet's prescribed medications?
Pill-Masker is intended to be wrapped around medications or supplements. For all other products, check with your veterinarian to determine if there are potential interactions with your pet’s treatment plan.
Is it safe to use multiple Tomlyn products at once?
Yes! Our products can be used together to support the health and well-being of your pet. Always use Tomlyn products according to the package directions. For specific health questions, contact your veterinarian.
Can I give your products to a pregnant or breastfeeding animal?
As with most products, Tomlyn products are not tested on pregnant or nursing animals. Always check with your veterinarian.
